Before founding ANOVA Resources, Carrie held senior HR leadership roles, including Director and Vice President positions, in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Her extensive experience is complemented by her academic background, holding a B.A. in Business and Psychology, an M.S. in Organizational Development, and a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Carrie is also actively involved in community advocacy, having served on boards such as the Cambridge Women’s Center and the Humane Society.
